MGMGCC was awarded the new headquarters facility for the Erie, PA based insurance group LCBA (Loyal Christian Benefit Association). The facility is currently under construction at 8811 Peach Street in Summit Township (Erie) PA. The project is currently at 15% completion with occupancy slated for 12/21/12. The new office building boasts 11,000 square feet of high tech office space. The owner will occupy and operate this building in support of their ongoing business operations. The development included design, permitting, site work, and new building construction.

MGMGCC Was awarded the Expansion to West End Hardware at 19th and Liberty Streets in Erie, PA. The expansion includes additional building, asphalt and merchandising areas. The original building was built by MGM in 1993 and added on to twice since then to accommodate business growth. The expected opening date is late 2012. MGM spearheaded the permitting and design process in cooperation with the Architectural work of Roth Marz Partnership P.C.

MGMGCC was awarded the Contine Corporation expansion and renovation project. The addition and renovations to the existing building at 1821 Nagle Road, Lawrence Park Township (Erie) PA are expected to be complete by 9/30/12. The expansion will house both production and new office areas in support of the company’s ongoing manufacturing operations. A project of stages, the existing offices were razed upon completion of their new office space and refitted into employee restroom and additional production space. New parking and building approaches, new roof, new exterior painting compliment the renovated facility.

MGMGCC along with Professional Development Associates of Erie PA were awarded the Veterans Administration, Crawford County CBOC (Community Based Outreach Clinic) Project on Rte. 322 in Vernon Township (Meadville) PA. The project is currently at 85% completion with a construction start date of April 1st 2012 and an opening date of 9/30/12. The new medical arts building boasts 6,500 square feet of state of the art clinical space in support of our Veteran’s needs.
