MGM has always been there for us. When we first bought Union Station 7 years ago, it was a tremendous undertaking and we were on a tight budget with even tighter time constraints. The original contractors we selected were falling way behind and were unresponsive to our needs. In February of 2005, we replaced the old contractors right in the middle of the project and MGM stepped in, completing the work beautifully, cooperatively, on time and under budget. Since then, Martin & his team are always there for any help we need, to answer any questions we have, or to fix whatever breaks in this grand (but old) building. They are quick, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend MGM.

I met Martin fifteen years ago when I was renovating the Palace Building in Erie, PA. Five years ago we decided to use MGM for an adaptive re-use project in Meadville which involved converting Meadville high school to Parksdide Commons which is now a mixed-use residential and commercial facility. Martin was the general contractor who was in charge of converting the classroom sections of the building to apartments and the former gymnasium to office space for the state department of health. They did an excellent job! They were superior in managing the schedule and costs, with an eye on getting the project completed correctly. He applied a great attention to detail on the whole range of the project; from small work to large scale endeavors.

When Martin & Gary came to look at our site, they were both very professional and considerate of our time. They completed that job very fast; even going as far to work during rainstorms.
